Happy July, friends! Congratulations on surviving all the crazy Cancer energy last week (ICYMI, we just had a new moon, the sun, and mercury retrograde all in Cancer at the same time. If you cried a lot or had a little bit of a menty b... same). Now that the moon is waxing and the sun is just days away from Leo territory, it's time to shed our crab shells and step into the light! Next week brings us the Full Moon in Aquarius on July 29 followed by Lughnassadh/Lammas on August 1. If ever there was a time to connect with your personal community and give thanks to the Earth for all its bounty, this is it -- traditionally, Lughnassadh marks the first harvest of the season! Celebrate by gathering together with loved ones for games, crafts, and good food, relishing the high heat of summer with fall just around the corner.

Grow Your Garden

We're introducing a new section of the newsletter dedicated to mutual aid, where we share a few funds, organizations, or individuals each month that could use our support. As our platform grows, it's important to us to pay it forward; for this community we're building to flourish, blossom, and grow, we must all work together to tend the garden.

We know that times are tough and money is tight, so please know that there is never any pressure to contribute financially, but if you have the means to donate, even a few dollars helps. If there's a mutual aid fund you'd like us to share in next month's issue, please send us a DM or send it to us on Patreon; if it aligns with our mission, we'll be more than happy to share it! Here are just a few places that could use your help this month, but the list will continue to grow:

-The Community Action Relief Project (CARP), a mutual aid and harm reduction project based in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia.
